Paul Focke   Paul Focke is a technical specialist at  McCoy Russell LLP , based in Portland, OR.  Prior to that, he worked as a research scientist at Oregon Health Sciences University, where he obtained a PhD in Neuroscience.  Paul is passionate about new technological advances in the medical industry, and the relation of medical advances to public health.  In his spare time, Paul enjoys keeping up with the latest in all things related to the medical technology industry.  He is particularly interested in the rapidly expanding fields of neuroprosthetics.
